In sub-tropical Noosa, Australia I SET up ‘Atelier Wine’ during its first few months, alongside Mark Smith with whom I managed London’s iconic wine bar ‘Sager + Wilde’ back in the day.

The wine list stretches from Australia’s finest, European treasures, newcomers and established bangers (1964 Borgogno Barolo anyone?) to sherry to DRC - all by the glass.
